Notifications
Notifications will let you know when someone has become a
member of your website, subscribed to your eNewsletter or edited
his contact information. This will be an area for you to get
a quick snapshot of everything that has been going on through
your website since you last logged in.
As an administrator for your website, when you login to SiteWrench
4.0, you can leave notifications for your entire web staff.
You can manage website update deadlines, let people know about
the latest page that's been added or just let everyone know
that the Website Softball Team game has been cancelled (the
Adminstrative Softball Team got scared of you guys and forfeited).
Our Technical Support Team will also drop in from time to
time to give you the latest on system improvements and Help
System updates. We won't give you Softball team updates. We've
been banned from competition (Brad got caught trying to use
a corked bat).
Messaging
Communicate easily on an individual basis within SiteWrench.
In the all new SiteWrench 4.0, you can leave messages for others
who login to the SiteWrench system. No more sending an email
and hoping that your co-worker sees and remembers it before
logging in to make website updates. Simply send them a message
within SiteWrench, and they'll see it as soon as they login!
As a website administrator, you can set individual goals for
other staff members, or you can use the messaging system as
a way to let others know about how well they are doing in keeping
up the website (all the while knowing that you didn't have
to lift a finger to make it happen... well, maybe a few fingers).
Site Activity
In the Activity view, you'll be able to get a quick overview
of some general statistics of your site. How many members you
have, the number of total pages, the number of total page hits
fro the month and the list goes on. This tool will give you
a broad overview of your website in just a quick glance. This
feature will be further expanded to allow custom activity views
for individual users.
