It's a scouting extravaganza!

At Speak, we're all about being prepared, empowering young people, campouts with nothing but Spam on the menu and, of course, rope courses. It goes without saying then that we were practical shoe-ins to get both the Girl Scouts Heart of the South and the Boy Scouts of America, Chickasaw Council websites.

Both websites launched over the weekend, so be sure to go check them out for yourself (and if you happen to talk to any of the folks at GSHS or BSA, would you remind them that we still haven't gotten our computer merit badge?).

Thursday Lunch: Newks

The SPEAK! team got together today to once again enjoy a lunch together. Our destination this time? Newk's. This Mississippi-born restaurant franchise is one of the team's favorite places to eat. Of course, it helps that everyone on the team can find something that they love on the menu at Newk's.

The team's orders ranged from pizza to soup to salads and sandwiches. Like we said, a little bit of everything. Once the food got passed around, the conversation focused mainly on our normal subjects (TV, what are some cool upcoming projects, plans for the weekend, etc). Alas, no talk of hoverboards this week.
