Deli Mexicana www.delimexicana.com Yesterday the SPEAK!lings took another trek down Germantown Parkway to hit up this awesome local Mexican eatery. We're not talking chimichangas and refried beans here, folks. Ok, so if you are one of our current clients, you know that beginning in May we started a new work schedule. Monday-Thursday we come in at 7 AM CDT and leave at 5 PM CDT, and on Friday we come in at 7 AM CDT and leave at 11 AM CDT. This schedule has proven highly beneficial in every respect - except for Friday Lunch! What to do?
